A more intentional watchlist
A small invitation to choose what you watch—and give it a little space to stay with you.
A guide from the website journalThere is always another video. Deciding where to begin can feel harder than finding something to watch. A small, deliberate selection can make that choice a little easier.
Begin with a question
Before opening a feed, ask yourself what you are curious about today. Perhaps you want to hear about someone’s relationship with yoga. Perhaps a journey to a sacred place interests you. Or perhaps you simply want a fresh perspective on your daily routine.
A question gives your watching a direction. It does not have to be profound. “What would I like to understand a little better?” is enough.
Choose one story
The Explore page gathers a small selection from Arveen’s channel into three topics: Bhakti, Daily practice, and Journeys. Start with whichever feels closest to your question.
If you are curious about routines, try I Wasted 2 Years Trying to Build the Perfect Routine. To get to know his teaching journey, begin with My Yoga Journey.
These are starting points, not a course you need to finish. There is no requirement to catch up with every upload.
Leave room afterwards
When the video ends, pause before choosing another. Was there a moment you wanted to revisit? A question you would like to ask? Something that felt different from your own experience?
You might write down one sentence, share the video with someone, or simply move on with your day. Reflection does not need to become another elaborate routine.
Keep the list small
Save a few videos you truly want to return to. A watchlist can be an invitation rather than an obligation. Let your curiosity set the pace—and let it change.
Keep exploring, at your own pace.
